Unit 7: Publishing and Using the Process from the BIZUIT Dashboard Work Portal

We will explore how users manage their tasks and processes in real-time according to their roles and permissions. We will create cases in the Refund Management process and observe how each role has access to specific activities within the process.

We will learn how to apply and save filters in the task trays of the BIZUIT dashboard to organize and prioritize activities. We will explore the use of selectable filters (with fixed values) and on-screen filters (with values entered upon application), as well as how administrators can configure filters for all users, who can adapt them to their preferences.
